Steven Oberhoffer is a seasoned professional in executive search and recruitment, currently serving as the Managing Partner at Winner Partners since May 2018. Under Steven's leadership, Winner Partners has redefined retained search by delivering personalized service, precision candidate targeting, and leveraging industry knowledge across various sectors. Prior experience includes roles such as Partner at Jobplex A DHR International Company, Director of Recruiting at Worldwide Express, and Executive Vice President at JobPlex, Inc. Steven began a career in recruitment in 2000 at Cook Associates, progressing through various positions that showcased expertise in candidate research, client relations, and project management. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Computer Science from DePaul University, complemented by an education at Loras College.
