Alison Otto has extensive experience in coaching and management, currently serving as the JV2 Volleyball Coach, Head Volleyball Coach at the middle school level, and Middle School Volleyball Coach for the Winneconne Community School District since September 2021. Alison also holds the position of Social Media Coordinator at Spiketown USA and Social Media Manager for Basically Digital LLC since 2020. An Independent Sales Director and Consultant at Thirty-One Gifts since 2016, Alison's background includes roles as a Volleyball Coach at Impact Volleyball Club, General Manager and Director of Food Service at Sodexo, and Restaurant Manager positions at Panera Bread and Potawatomi Bingo Casino. Alison began a career in restaurant management at Qdoba Mexican Grill and Taco Bell, following the completion of a BA in Business Administration from Ripon College in 2008.
