Dean Casad, MBA has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and investment sectors. Dean worked as the Director of Customer Support Operations at Winnebago, where they led efforts to improve customer experience delivery. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Product Marketing and Vice President of Sales & Marketing at GEOTEK, where they oversaw the production of fiberglass composite products for electric utilities. Dean also worked as an Executive In Residence and GEOTEK Board Member at Granite Equity Partners, where they evaluated investment opportunities and advised portfolio companies. Additionally, they held the position of Vice President of Product Management & Business Development at Park Industries, a manufacturer of industrial capital equipment. Dean Casad began their career at General Electric, where they served as the Marketing Director of the Long Term Care Insurance Division and later became a Six Sigma Master Black Belt in Corporate Marketing, achieving significant cost savings and income gains.
Dean Casad holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on General Management and Marketing from Harvard Business School. Dean also completed a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management and Agricultural Business from Iowa State University. In addition to their formal education, Dean has obtained certifications such as Business Analytics from Wharton Executive Education and is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt from General Electric Manufacturing Company (GEMAC). Dean has also received leadership training from FranklinCovey and served as a Discussion Leader at the Anderson Center.
