Krista Yum is a skilled Senior Food Scientist with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently employed at Winland Foods since October 2022, Krista specializes in pita chips, dry blends, and baking mixes. Prior to this role, Krista worked at TreeHouse Foods and The Valdez Corporation, focusing on custom seasoning blends and dry blends. Krista's early experience includes positions as a Quality Assurance/Research and Development Intern at Holy Kombucha and as a student assistant and undergraduate researcher at Texas A&M University. Krista holds a Master's degree in Food Science from Kansas State University (2021-2024) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Texas A&M University (2013-2016).
