Dan Grall has extensive work experience in the food industry. Dan is currently the Director of Value Engineering at Winland Foods since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tyson Foods from 2014 to 2023, where they held the positions of Sr. Director of R&D - Retail Prepared Foods and Director of R&D - Hillshire Farm. Before Tyson Foods, they worked at Perdue Farms from 2004 to 2014 as the Sr. Director R&D and Director of R&D - Retail RTE/International. Dan also has experience working at Kraft Foods as a Section Manager from 1991 to 2004, and at Oscar Mayer as a Sr. Research Engineer from 1996 to 1999.
Dan Grall completed their Master of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university from 1984 to 1989.
