Tom de Regt has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Tom started their career as a Fundraiser at Streetwise Direct Dialogue BV. in 2006 and later transitioned into the role of Team Captain and then Team Manager. In 2013, they joined Buutvrij for life as an Intern and eventually became the Artistic Director until 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Lead Graphic Designer at Daily Paper from 2015 to 2017. In 2015, Tom took on the role of Artistic Director at Blood For Mercy, and simultaneously worked as the Head of Design at Barong Family until 2019. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Creative Director at Yellow Claw. Presently, they are the Artistic Director & Designer at WINK, a position they have held since August 2020.
Tom de Regt attended Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Design - Advertising.
