Director Of In-restaurant Training at Wingstop

Josh Allen, MSHRM, currently serves as the Director of Training & Development at Paris Baguette America since November 2021. Prior to this role, Josh was the Director of Training and Organizational Development at Luke's Lobster from October 2019 to November 2021, where Josh contributed to the brand's growth rooted in quality seafood. Earlier experience includes serving as Training Manager for the North East region at Patina Restaurant Group from March 2018 to October 2019, focusing on enhancing culinary experiences in cultural venues. Additionally, Josh held dual roles as Director of Operations & Human Resources and Service & Beverage Director at Hearth Restaurant Investors LLC from January 2013 to November 2017. Academically, Josh holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Connecticut (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Minnesota (2007-2011).
