Russell Wells Jr. is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at rebecca's cafe since October 2012, Russell oversees multiple cafés, a catering staff, and a conference center, managing a team of 90 employees and focused on enhancing sales and guest service. Prior to this role, Russell held the position of Assistant General Manager at CBS Scene Restaurant, where leadership efforts concentrated on improving guest experiences and boosting sales through exceptional hospitality. Earlier roles at Bertucci's Corporation included Culinary Manager at various locations, where Russell successfully managed back of house operations, trained employees, and implemented cost control measures. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
