Corey Dawson currently serves as the Executive Director of Corporate Investments at Wingate, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Corey held various senior roles including Director at SEISMA GROUP and Investment Director for Private Equity at Liverpool Partners. Additionally, Corey worked at Pacific Equity Partners focusing on Private Debt, Special Situations, and Growth Capital. At Morgan Stanley, Corey was the Executive Director and Head of Leverage & Acquisition Finance for Australia and New Zealand, overseeing large financings for prominent Private Equity Sponsors and Institutions. Corey also co-led the Leverage and Acquisition Finance team at Westpac Institutional Bank, contributing to non-recourse debt financing for global sponsors. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where positions ranged from Head of Corporate Transactions to a range of Director roles. Corey's educational background includes a Masters of Business Administration in Corporate Finance and Private Equity from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of International Finance from Griffith University.
