Heather Miller is a seasoned higher education administrator with extensive experience at Wingate University since August 2011, where roles have included Senior Vice President & Chief of Staff, Senior Vice President for External Relations, Vice President for Enrollment Management, and Executive Assistant to the President. Prior to this, Heather served at William Peace University as Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Student Life from August 2006 to June 2011, and initially worked at Wingate University from June 2003 to August 2006 in various roles related to student engagement. International teaching experience includes a position as Spoken English Teacher at Yangzhou University. Education credentials feature a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina State University, a Master's degree in the same field from Appalachian State University, and a Bachelor's degree in English from Wingate University.
