Devin Bean has diverse work experience in risk management and insurance. They began their career at The Community Builders, Inc. as an Asset Management & Insurance Coordinator, where they implemented risk management and insurance programs, resulting in significant cost reductions. After that, they worked at Licata Risk Advisors as an Analyst, handling client business, claims, and policy renewals. Later, Devin joined GBD LLC as a Manager of Operations, where they successfully managed a real estate start-up and led various projects, including a highly profitable guest house. They then joined Hagerty Consulting as a Sr. Insurance Manager, working on disaster recovery insurance funding for a public sector client, securing $45 million in insurance funding and supporting $50 million in reconstruction grants. Currently, Devin holds the position of VP of Risk Management at Wingate Companies.
