Phaedra Lloyd has extensive experience in educational administration and financial management. Currently serving as the Registrar at Winfree Academy Charter Schools since September 2015, Phaedra previously worked as a Purchasing Bookkeeper at the Indianola School District from August 2006 to August 2014. Phaedra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Mississippi Valley State University, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
