Christopher Urbanski has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Christopher is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Winery.ph, a leading wine ecommerce marketplace in the Philippines. Christopher oversees the company's sales, marketing, operations, finance, supply chain, and regulatory affairs.
In addition to their role at Winery.ph, Christopher Urbanski has worked as a Management Consultant at Christopher Urbanski Strategy Consulting. Christopher has also been the Executive Producer and Host of the Chris Urbano (Maputing Cooking) channel on Youtube, a popular cooking and comedy program for Filipino food.
Christopher Urbanski is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of Glebe House Manila, an international preschool and daycare center in Manila. Christopher has been responsible for the company's strategy, financial management, and corporate governance.
Furthermore, Christopher Urbanski is the Co-Founder and Board Director of CAUSINDY - Conference of Australian and Indonesian Youth, an event that fosters bilateral relations between Australia and Indonesia by providing a platform for youth dialogue.
Prior to these roles, Christopher Urbanski has experience working as a Strategy Manager at Commonwealth Bank, an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group, and an Analyst Intern at Deutsche Bank. Christopher also served as a Research Officer at the Department of Education, Employment, and Workplace Relations.
Christopher Urbanski completed their education as follows:
- From 2004 to 2009, they attended The Australian National University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Asian Studies with a focus on Indonesian.
- In 2009, they participated in the IARU - Global Summer Program at the National University of Singapore, focusing on Asian Business.
- In 2007, they studied at the University of Asia and the Pacific, focusing on Filipino language and Philippine politics.
- In 2006, they took part in the ANU - Year in Indonesia Program at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), studying FE (Faculty of Economics) and FISIPOL (Faculty of Social and Political Sciences).
- Christopher also conducted field research at the University Of Muhammadiyah Malang in 2006, as part of the ANU - Year in Indonesia program.
- Christopher completed their Higher School Certificate at Canberra Grammar School from 2002 to 2003.
- Christopher attended Jakarta International School from 1999 to 2001 for their high school education.
