Meghan Michalski has an extensive work history in the wine industry. Meghan started their career at Auberge du Soleil in 2004, where they worked as a Captain and Events staff member for six years. From 2011 to 2015, they were employed by The PlumpJack Group as part of the Wine Club and Sales team. In 2016, Meghan joined Reynolds Family Winery as the Direct to Consumer Sales Manager until 2018. Since then, they have been working at WineDirect, starting as an Account Manager and progressing to Senior Account Manager. Meghan then became the Director of Enterprise Success before taking on their current role as the Senior Director of Client Success.
