Jan Walsh is an accomplished writer, cartoonist, publisher, and app developer with extensive experience in food, wine, and local restaurant content creation. Since founding Jan Walsh, LLC in October 2004, Jan has developed niche restaurant guides and has served as a contributor for Wine Spectator. As the founder and publisher of Auburn Restaurants and Birmingham Restaurants, Jan focuses on storytelling through various mediums, including photography and videography. Additionally, Jan established LocalLawyers.com, LLC, which features local legal websites. Academic contributions include serving as a literary judge for Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism and teaching English and writing at Oneonta City Schools, where Jan garnered grant funding for excellence in literary work. Jan Walsh holds two master's degrees in education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
