Emma Symington MW serves as the Education Development Manager for EMEA at Wine Australia since February 2012, where responsibilities include promoting Australian wine and supporting the sector through global marketing and research management. Previously, Emma held various positions in the wine industry, including Events and Education Manager at The Sampler Wine Merchant and Assistant Manager at Hans Herzog Estate. Emma's educational qualifications include the Master of Wine designation, Certified Educator status from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and a WSET Diploma, complemented by a BSc in Genetics from the University of Nottingham.
