Lourenço Menezes has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Lourenço started their career as a TV Director/Producer at TDM - Teledifusão de Macau, S.A. from 1989 to 1991. Lourenço then joined RTP, where they worked for 20 years and held the position of Head of New Business and Digital Platforms. Their responsibilities included managing the company's website, intranet, interactive TV projects, teletext, digital distribution of TV and radio channels, collaboration on legal papers, and managing SMS/IVR interactive services for live shows. In 2012, Lourenço became a self-employed consultant. After that, they worked as a Digital Media Manager at Espirito Santo Investment Bank from 2013 to 2015. Lourenço then joined Getronics as a National Key Account Manager for Portugal from 2016 to 2018. Since 2015, they have also been working at MG Advogados as an IT and Business Developer. Currently, Lourenço is working as a Sales Representative for the Portuguese Navy and Irish Navy at Windward, a position they have held since 2020.

Lourenço Menezes's educational history includes:

- From 2018 to 2019, they attended the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, where they completed an Executive Education - Open Programs. Their field of study was Digital Transformation: Reinventing the Company in the Digital Age.

- In 1998 and 1999, they pursued a Post Graduation degree in Communication Law at the Universidade de Coimbra.

- In 2012 and 2013, they studied Political Communication and Marketing (50% completed) at the ISCSP - Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas.
