Adina Fenton has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 with the Ministry of Justice as a Trainee Lawyer, specializing in International Criminal Law. Adina worked closely with sister departments and collaborated with international enforcement organizations to gather evidence and build cases. Adina also authored research papers and attended court hearings during their time in this role.

In 2013, Adina joined myMedia LTD as the Head of Advertisers. Within this role, they managed all advertiser activities, including legal and technical onboarding, payment negotiations, and portfolio growth. Adina actively prospecting at conferences and networking events, resulting in a significant increase in company income.

Moving on to Perimeter 81 in 2016, Adina became the Director of Customer Success. In this role, they managed a two-level technical support team, built performance and review processes, and created a 5-star customer experience. Adina also monitored market trends, managed payment processing platforms, and anti-fraud procedures. Adina worked with a data analyst to define metrics and KPIs for customer success and built a company dashboard.

Since 2017, Adina has been with Windward, initially as a Solution Expert Manager, and later progressing to Senior Pre-Sales Manager and Director of Business Development. In their current position as Director of Partnerships, Adina is responsible for managing strategic partnerships, fostering business development, and ensuring successful collaboration with key stakeholders.

Adina Fenton received their education in France, primarily at Université Paris-Sorbonne. Adina obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Université Paris-Sorbonne from 2006 to 2009. In the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Literature and Arts at Université Paris Cité. Adina furthered their education by completing a Master's Degree in International Law and Legal Studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne from 2009 to 2011. Following their education, they obtained a certification as a Lawyer in November 2012, although no specific institution is mentioned for this certification.
