Harry Czerednikow has a diverse professional background that includes significant experience in implementation and technical writing. Currently retired as of April 2024, Harry has worked as an Implementation Specialist at Windward Software since April 2002, assisting international and Canadian clients in implementing the System Five business management software. Prior to this role, Harry served as a Staff Technical Writer at GIRO, creating user guides and managing documentation for transportation and postal industry software. Harry's career also includes a stint as an Implementation Specialist at Retail Professional Software and a Branch Manager at Systemhouse/Computerland, where management of multiple branches involved sales coaching and territory management. An educated professional, Harry holds a Certificate in Technical Communication from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Commerce, also from Concordia University, along with a DEC from Dawson College in French and German Literature.
