Dede Emerson has extensive experience in safety, training, and operations management within the transportation field. Currently serving as a Safety / Training Specialist and previously as an Operations Manager and Dispatcher at Windstar Lines, Inc. since June 2015, Dede demonstrates strong leadership in ensuring safety protocols and training. Prior experience includes working in the Sandwich School District from October 2006 to October 2015 as a School Bus Driver and Office Assistant, focusing on routing, scheduling, and training. Dede was also the Owner and Operator of K-9 Kuts Grooming from August 1992 to August 2004, managing operations, hiring, payroll, budgeting, scheduling, training, and customer service. Educational background includes attendance at West Leyden High School.
