Karen Clontz, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and communications. Since November 1988, Karen has served as the Human Resource Manager at Windsor Windows and Doors, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to the field. Prior to this role, Karen worked as a News Producer at Channel 36 News in Charlotte, NC, from July 1986 to November 1988. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Honors English, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Wingate University in 1986.
