Muazzam N is an experienced IT professional with a focus on infrastructure and security, currently serving as an IT Infrastructure and Security Technician at The Windsor Forest Colleges Group since December 2017. Responsibilities include providing 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line support for IT infrastructure and security issues, as well as the installation, testing, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. Previous roles include Multi-Site IT Technician, IT Level 4 Network Engineer Apprentice, and IT Apprentice, where tasks encompassed firewall configuration, classroom connectivity, and IT helpdesk support. Earlier experience includes roles in retail and brief work experiences in IT sales and MOT assistance. Muazzam N completed education at Slough and Eton Business and Enterprise College from 2009 to 2017.
