Norman Lee has a diverse work experience in the garage door industry. Norman started as a Regional Sales Manager at Windsor Republic Doors in 1983 and worked in that role until 2008. In 2008, they briefly served as a Regional Sales Manager at Marantec America. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Service Manager at Mesa Garage Doors. In 2013, they joined Security Garage Doors as a Customer Service Manager, before becoming the General Manager at C.H.I. Overhead Doors in the same year. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Distribution Centers at Windsor Door, starting in 2023.

Norman Lee earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas, where they studied from 1978 to 1983. Following that, they pursued further education and received another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, attending from 1985 to 1987.
