Eli Gibbons has had a diverse work experience in various companies. Eli started their career as a District Sales Manager at Cingular Wireless in 2001. After that, they joined Sears Home Improvement Products, where they worked for 17 years in various roles, including General Manager and General Sales Manager. During their time at Sears, they achieved great success and received numerous awards for their district's profitability. In 2019, they joined Mosaic as the Director of Solar/Home Improvement National Sales. Eli led the national outside sales team and was responsible for revenue growth and partner applications. In 2020, they worked as the Vice President of Sales at Custom Financing Solutions, a FinTech company empowering merchants and lenders in home improvement and medical procedure financing. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations and Sales at Window World, a role they started in November 2020.

Eli Gibbons received a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource from Hawaii Pacific University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1995, they participated in Cross Country and Track and Field at Adams State University. In addition, Eli received additional certifications including a Home Improvement Sales License from the Contractors State Licensing Board in November 2002 and became a Professional Closer at Sears Home Improvement Products in 2002.
