Rashad Reaz is a Strategic Junior Executive specializing in Strategic Planning at Windmill Advertising Ltd since October 2020. Previously, Rashad served as a Public Speaking Trainer at TESOL Bangladesh from August 2018 to October 2019, where involvement included training individuals in public speaking skills after winning a competition organized by TESOL Bangladesh and UN Woman. Rashad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Dhaka (2017-2020) and completed secondary and higher secondary education at RAJUK Uttara Model College (2012-2016).
