Henriette Derks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy, project management, and leadership across various sectors. Currently a Partner at Windkracht 5 since October 2020, Henriette also serves as Project Leader for CINH. Previous roles include chairing the ABC working group at Grond'g and leading as an interim people manager and business manager at Alliander and Siers Groep Oldenzaal B.V., respectively. Henriette has held significant positions such as Implementation Manager at Van Vulpen and Regional Manager at Liander. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Management & Organisation from TIAS School for Business and Society, Henriette is equipped to drive transformative initiatives in energy transition and sustainable progress.
