Rachel Mannella is an experienced project manager at MVN Associates, Inc., where Rachel has been involved in various roles since June 2011, including engineering design intern and executive assistant. Notable accomplishments include designing an upgraded entrance system for a major power plant and implementing electronic document archiving to enhance organizational efficiency. Rachel has also served as a snowboard instructor at Windham Mountain since December 2007, holding a PSIA Level One Certification. Previous internships at Kiewit and JDS Development Group focused on contract administration and project management, respectively. Rachel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Design Innovation & Society from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, supplemented by studies in Design & Engineering at Nanyang Technological University and DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
