Deana Nerton is an experienced Real Estate Broker with a career spanning from 1998 to the present at Windermere Northwest Living and previously at Windermere Real Estate Stellar Group. Nerton specializes in residential resale, condo conversions, fixers, and development land, holding numerous designations including GRI, CRS, RENE, Certified Negotiations Expert, Relocation Specialist, and Accredited Buyers Representative. Prior to a successful career in real estate, Nerton worked in tax preparation and small business bookkeeping at A and E Tax Consulting from 1992 to 1996. Nerton holds an Associate of Science degree in Business from Umpqua Community College and attended the University of Oregon.
