James Foster has extensive experience in the automation and maintenance sectors, currently serving as the Sr Automation Group Manager at Windemuller, Inc. since October 2017, overseeing a diverse team of project and account managers, engineers, and builders. Additionally, James has been a volunteer firefighter and lieutenant with the Wright-Tallmadge Fire Department since August 2014, holding certifications as Firefighter I and II and being a registered EMT. Previously, James held various roles at Leprino Foods from 2003 to 2017, ultimately becoming Maintenance Manager, where responsibilities included leading a multi-shift maintenance department. Early career experience includes working with automated systems at Rapistan, Siemens Dematic, and maintenance roles at Holland American Wafer Company. James has pursued numerous educational opportunities, including specialized programs in maintenance operations and ammonia handling, and holds an electronic degree from ITT Technical Institute.
