Kevin Bate is an experienced executive in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Director of Business Development at WTEC since April 2015. Prior roles include SVP & General Manager at Gulf Cable, a WTEC Company, from December 2016 to January 2019, and CEO of Global Solar Systems, Inc. from April 2014 to August 2016. Kevin also held the position of Business Development Manager at Bechtel Power Corporation from July 2010 to March 2014 and Vice President of Solar Business Development at ZephRa Energy LLC for a brief period in 2010. With a foundation in operations and business development through various roles at RMT, Inc. from 1992 to 2010, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey, completed in 1989.
