Claudia Lo Gerfo has extensive experience in product development and project management within the telecommunications industry. At Wind Tre since May 2009, Claudia serves as Manager of Product Development for Strategic Programs, leading significant transformation projects in both B2C and B2B markets. Claudia previously managed product development for the 3 brand, focusing on offers in Voice Consumer and Microbusiness sectors, as well as Mobile Broadband and VAS. Earlier in the career at H3G, Claudia worked as a Process and Systems Analyst in Customer Care Management. Claudia holds a degree in Philosophy from Università degli Studi di Genova, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
