Stephen Asher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stephen is currently working at WinCup as a Project Engineer, a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Plant Engineer at WinCup from May 2021 to February 2022.

Before their international experience, Stephen worked at the Institute of Paper Science and Technology from August 2006 to July 2009 as a Research Technician II. Stephen performed and assisted in corrosion-based materials testing, including setting up lab equipment and executing research techniques.
Stephen started their career as a Steel Fabrication Intern at B&M FABRICATION SERVICES INC from October 2002 to August 2006. In this role, they assisted in the fabrication and installation of steel-based structures, performing tasks such as welding, cutting, and bending steel.
