Yann Frédéric Dirac has a diverse range of work experience. Yann Frédéric started their career at Régie du Centre SA as a Stagiaire allround in 2007, where they gained experience in various areas such as sales, technical services, accounting, and legal matters. Yann Frédéric then joined UBS Wealth Management as a Private Client Advisor from 2008 to 2011. Yann then returned to Régie du Centre SA as a Project, Real Estate Portfolio, IT, and Accounting Manager from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, they had a language study stay in Colombia's Coffee Triangle Region. Yann then worked at UBS from 2017 to 2018 in the Global Financial Intermediaries Latin America & Caribbean department. Currently, they are working at Wincasa since 2018 as a Commercial Manager in Center Management, specifically focusing on Shopping Centers.

Yann Frédéric Dirac's education history starts in 2006 when they attended CEC Madame de Staël à Genève and obtained their Maturité Professionnelle Commerciale degree in the field of Comptabilité et commerce/gestion in 2007. From 2008 to 2013, Yann Frédéric Dirac studied at HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics with a specialization in Banking & Finance.

In 2013, Yann Frédéric Dirac pursued further education at the University of Geneva, completing a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) and a Master II in Administration and Business Management in the field of Project Management. During the same period, they also obtained a DAS in Management des entreprises from the University of Geneva.

In 2016, Yann Frédéric Dirac engaged in language study at the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, focusing on Spanish.

Yann Frédéric Dirac improved their professional qualifications by obtaining a Certification Project Management Professional (PMP-PMI) from KIM Organisation Sàrl in 2017.
