Elisabeth Ager

Elisabeth Ager has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and development. Elisabeth started their career at Kauffmann Theilig & Partner in 2005 as an intern. In 2008, they joined Kaufmann & Partner Architekten as an architect and worked there until 2010. Subsequently, they worked at ATP architekten ingenieure as part of a study-related employment from 2003 to 2006. From 2011 to 2013, they served as an Associate Architect at Jake Dowse Architects. In 2014, they joined Kutschera Architects as an Architect and stayed until 2015. Currently, Elisabeth Ager is working at Wincasa, where they have held various roles. Elisabeth started as a Project Manager for Bauherrentreuhand from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they were a Project Manager for Strategy & Development, and currently, they hold the position of Team Leader for Strategy & Development since April 2022.

Elisabeth Ager has a varied education history. In 1993, they attended the Höhere technische Bundeslehranstalt Krems and obtained a Matura degree in Restaurierung und Ortsbildpflege in 1998. Elisabeth then went on to study at Technische Universität Wien from 1998 to 2000, majoring in Raumplanung und Raumordnung. In 2000, they attended Santa Monica College, studying Architecture for a year. From 2001 to 2007, Elisabeth studied Architektur at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, where they obtained a Dipl.Ing. Arch degree.

Elisabeth later pursued further education, attending Stanford University in 2016 to participate in the CIFE BIM-VDC Leadership Seminar. In 2018, they completed the VDC Leadership Certificate program at Stanford University. Moving on, they studied at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, where they obtained a Master of advanced studies degree in Digitales Bauen in 2019.

Elisabeth also engaged in some specialized courses and programs. Elisabeth completed the Kompaktkurs Immobilien Portfolio- und Assetmanagement at CUREM - Center for Urban & Real Estate Management, Universität Zürich. Elisabeth also received a Lean Master degree from Implement Consulting Group, SGO Business School, focusing on Lean Academy. Additionally, they took part in an Intensivkurs Technologiebasiertes ESG-Management im Immobilienbereich at the University of St.Gallen, although the specific formalized degree is not mentioned.
