Ronny Aboutboul is an experienced VLSI team manager currently leading the team at Winbond since July 2016. Previous experience includes serving as DA Manager at Intel for a decade, where responsibilities included managing design automation and relationships with EDA vendors, as well as overseeing integration processes for the former NetEffect team. Earlier roles include Director of VLSI at Adimos Systems, where Ronny managed the VLSI team and developed core chip technology, and similar leadership experience at Oren Semiconductors. Ronny's career began as a Design Engineer at Zoran. Ronny holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on VLSI and Computers from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
