Sara Parnass, LMFT, IFECMHS, currently serves as the Clinical Director at WIN since January 2022, bringing extensive experience in mental health and clinical supervision. Previously, Sara held the position of SAMHSA Project Director at El Centro de Amistad from July 2019 to March 2022 and served as Clinical Supervisor at the Violence Intervention Program from August 2015 to July 2019, where clinical supervision and training in reflective practices were key responsibilities. Early career roles include Clinical Therapist at Los Angeles Child Guidance Clinic, BEST Behavior Coach and IY Group Facilitator at Palomar Family Counseling Service, and Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, among others. Sara holds a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.
