Rodelio Dimalanta, CLSSYB, currently serves as the PH Assistant Manager Human Resources at Wimmer Solutions, responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR programs for MasTec operations in the Philippines. Previous experience includes roles as Organizational Development Specialist at Philippine Span Asia Carrier Corporation, where Rodelio conducted organizational reviews and job evaluations, and as Learning & Talent Management Officer at MWM Terminals, Inc., focusing on talent acquisition. Additional experience encompasses positions at PERI, where Rodelio oversaw training and development, and Perpetual Help Medical Center Las Pinas, where responsibilities included internal and external training program organization and performance evaluation processes. Rodelio completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Taguig, further enhancing HR expertise and performance improvement capabilities.
