Pete Tucker has over 25 years of experience in quality assurance, service delivery, and technical project management. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Auditor on the Final Review Team at Amazon since November 2016, Pete utilizes various tools to address complex issues with seller shipments. Previously, as a Service Delivery Manager at Wimmer Solutions, Pete successfully integrated services in India, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. Earlier in the career at National Communication Services, Inc., Pete managed hardware for Microsoft Lync, coordinated customer requests, and improved service quality through effective project management approaches. Pete holds a Firefighter 1 Certification from Everett Community College and a high school diploma from MT Whitney High School.
