Jo Di Francesco, Assoc CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an ER Coordinator and previously as an HR Delivery Coordinator at Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service since March 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Generalist for a contractor, Senior HR Officer at ATLAS ELEKTRONIK UK, and various HR positions at Ultra Electronics Command and Sonar Systems, where Jo held the titles of HR Advisor and Project Coordinator. Earlier in the career, Jo worked as a Project Coordinator at Babcock International Group from 1996 to 2004. Jo holds an Associate CIPD qualification in Level 5 CIPD HR Management from Bridgwater & Taunton College and completed education at Queen Eleanor School in North London.
