Brandon Melton is an accomplished information security and technology professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as AVP Information Security Officer at Wilton Re since January 2023, Brandon previously held the position of Director of Information Technology Services at Texas Life Insurance Company from July 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included platform delivery and agile methodologies in security and DevSecOps. Prior to that, Brandon was Infrastructure Manager at Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Companies and held multiple positions at USAA, including Virtualization Engineer and Applied Research Project Manager. Brandon began the career at Munday Independent School District as Free Technical Support and progressed to Desktop Support Team Supervisor at Angelo State University. Educationally, Brandon holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a degree in Management Information Systems from Angelo State University.
