Ian Grajewski is currently the Vice President - Head of Strategy & Organizational Growth at Wilton Brands. Before that, they worked at McCain Foods as the Senior Director of Data Strategy & Analytics, where they led the Data Strategy & Analytics function and played a key role in pandemic recovery and business continuity planning. Prior to McCain Foods, Ian worked at KPMG US as a Director in the Strategy Advisory practice, specializing in customer and product profitability. Ian also has experience as a Management Consultant - Vice President at AlixPartners and as a Strategy Consultant - Analyst at Mercatus LLC. Ian began their career as an Internal Consulting Associate at Sallie Mae, where they completed a rotational program and helped launch Sallie Mae's Retail Banking portfolio. Ian also gained experience as a Summer Trading Analyst at Barclays Capital in areas such as Spot FX trading, Prime Brokerage Equity Finance/Execution, and Commodities.

Ian Grajewski has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. Ian also attended The Wharton School, where they studied Legal Studies & Business Ethics. Additionally, Ian has completed coursework in Business Statistics for Economics and International Accounting in Business at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Prior to their university education, they attended Choate Rosemary Hall for high school.
