Dilip Massarenti has a diverse work experience across various industries. Dilip has recently joined Wilton Brands in January 2023 as the Vice President of Marketing. Prior to this, they had a significant tenure at Dr. Oetker, where they held multiple roles including Executive Manager of International Brand Management Cake & Dessert, Innovation Process Owner, and Project Manager. Before Dr. Oetker, they worked as a Product Manager at cameo spa from September 2015 to August 2018. Dilip also gained experience at Ferrero as an International Junior Brand Manager from December 2012 to August 2015. Dilip started their career at Ria Grant Thornton as an Assistant Auditor in November 2012 and briefly worked at ITT as an Assistant Project Manager from November 2009 to February 2010.
Dilip Massarenti completed their Master's degree in International Management and Economics from the Facoltà di Economia di Torino between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Trade from the University of Turin between 2007 and 2010. In their earlier education, Dilip completed their High School Leaving Qualification specializing in Classical Studies at Liceo Classico Vittorio Alfieri from 2001 to 2006.
Additionally, Dilip has obtained several certifications. In 2012, they received a certification in Organizational Analysis from Professor Daniel A. McFarland, PhD Stanford Graduate School of Education, Sociology and Organizational Behavior at Stanford University. In the same year, they also acquired a certification in Principles of Obesity Economics from Kevin Frick, PhD, MA Professor, Department of Health Policy and Management at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University. Furthermore, in 2010, Dilip obtained a certification in Supply Management, specifically in Metamorfosi degli Approvvigionamenti from ADACI - Associazione Italiana di Management degli Approvvigionamenti.
