John Elen is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the lighting industry. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Wilting since April 2024, John previously held various leadership roles at Signify from October 2018 to April 2024, including I2M Project Manager overseeing operational strategies for BrightSites Venture and Quality Manager Ventures. Prior to that, John worked at Philips Lighting for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included driving a quality mindset across departments, serving as Supplier Quality Manager, and leading supplier assessments. John began the career at Philips Lighting in 1998, developing expertise in supplier quality and project management. John's educational background includes a Master of Science in Electricity (generation and distribution) from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen, earned between 1994 and 1998.
