Samantha Rassi's work experience starts in 2016 as a Staffing Coordinator at Crown Services, where they managed multiple accounts and placed potential employees at job sites. In 2017, they joined Target as a Salesfloor Manager and later became a Senior Team Lead. From 2018 to 2020, Samantha worked at Aerotek as a Senior Recruiter, Commercial Recruiter, and Michiana Industrial Recruiter Lead. Samantha then moved on to WilsonHCG in 2021, where they held roles as a Recruitment Consultant and Associate Recruitment Operations Manager. Currently, Samantha is working at WilsonHCG as a Recruitment Operations Manager and Global Director of Internal Recruitment & Talent Programs.

Samantha Rassi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Conventions and Event Management from Indiana University Indianapolis between 2013 and 2017. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Business Administration and Management from the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis in 2014.
