Michelle Coleman has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Michelle began their career as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Campbell Oil Company // BellStores, Inc. in 2008. Michelle then moved on to University Directories where they worked as an Outside Sales Representative and Local Sales Manager Internship in 2009, achieving impressive sales results. Michelle later became a Regional Sales Manager at University Directories from 2010 to 2012.

Since 2012, Michelle has been working at WilsonHCG, where they have held various roles. Michelle started as a Sourcing Specialist and Team Lead before progressing to the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant and Team Lead. Michelle then transitioned into the role of Technology Manager, Talent Partnership Integration before eventually becoming a Manager of Recruitment Technology. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Recruitment Technology & Optimization.
