Laura Saenz has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Laura is currently working as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Team Lead at WilsonHCG since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at COSENTINO from September 2018 to September 2021 as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner, where they supported 12 locations with up to 800 employees and provided strategic and day-to-day leadership in addressing HR challenges. Before that, they worked at Quality Labor Management, LLC from May 2013 to November 2018 as a Sr Employee Relations/ Talent Acquisition specialist. Laura also has experience as a SEMS HR Document Analyst at J Connor Consulting, Inc from April 2011 to April 2013.

Laura Saenz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. Laura also has a certification in Safegulf.
