Autumn D. Adams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked at Capabilities, Inc. as the Lucas Co. Manager and later as the NW Area Manager. In 2014, they joined ADP as a Recruiting Coordinator and eventually became a Client Relationship Manager, responsible for developing partnerships with client accounts. In 2018, Adams transitioned to Hospital Sisters Health System as a Recruitment Consultant, providing care to patients in Illinois and Wisconsin. Currently, they are employed at WilsonHCG, where they have held various positions including Recruitment Consultant, Team Lead, Recruitment Operations Manager, Account Director, and their current role as the Global Director of Talent Operations. WilsonHCG is a global recruitment process outsourcing and human capital consulting provider.

Autumn D. Adams completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at The University of Findlay in 2011. Autumn D. has also obtained a certification titled "Tips for Working Remotely" from LinkedIn in 2020.
