Alexandre Miest is a skilled recruitment professional with extensive experience in recruitment operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Recruitment Operations Manager at Arup since August 2024, Alexandre has previously held similar roles at WilsonHCG and Anheuser-Busch InBev, where leadership of recruitment activities across Europe and collaboration with employer branding teams were key responsibilities. With a foundational background in recruitment consulting at Generations Recruitment and an internship as a Talent Recruiter at Cargill, Alexandre has developed expertise in recruitment strategy, stakeholder engagement, and innovative human capital solutions.
