Kelley Hobbs began their professional career in 1997 as the General Manager at Durcon Incorporated. Kelley held this position for 17 years until April 2014 when they joined Wilsonart LLC as the Director of Product Management. Kelley is currently employed at Wilsonart LLC in this role.

Kelley Hobbs attended Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
