Ryan Lewis is an experienced operations manager currently with Wilson Vale since December 2019, having previously served as an area manager at Coombs Catering Partnership from May 2019 to December 2019. Prior to this, Ryan held the role of chef manager at Wilson Vale Catering Management from June 2017 to June 2019, and served as head chef at Elior UK from December 2016 to June 2017.
